A Successful End to the Season for FONCY

The Open Day at Carrow Road on Bank Holiday Monday provided the culmination to another successful fundraising season for FONCY.
A large crowd attended the event and a FONCY stall in the Norfolk Lounge sold Spring Raffle tickets and displayed items to be auctioned later in the day in the now traditional FONCY Open Day Memorabilia Auction.
Business was brisk for the FONCY team with interest in helping the Academy high, this season in particular has shown how valuable Academy funding can be with four Academy Scholars breaking into the first team.

The first high point of the day for FONCY was the Auction with auctioneer Ken Ewing immediately getting into his stride. Many great prices were achieved. Ryan Jarvis's shirt worn against Leicester and signed reached an amazing 410. Steen Nedergaard had received a great send-off the day before and a signed away shirt of Steeno's made 240. All in all 3700 was made for the Academy. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the auction, particularly the successful bidders and of course auctioneer Ken for his great work.
