Open Day Preparations 2008

FONCY READY FOR OPEN DAY

FONCY Auction Catalogue - Click Here!

This weekend FONCY will be conducting their famous memorabilia auction at the club’s Open Day. Once again our thanks go to Ken Ewing who will be the auctioneer as over 40 items go under the hammer.

With all the interest surrounding Dion Dublin and Darrn Huckerby you will not be surprised to learn that several items relating to the two Canary legends will be up for grabs.

Darren has donated a pair of his boots that have been framed by the Frame Room in Hellesdon and they look just superb. Both players’ away shirts have been signed along with two superb large prints kindly supplied by Roger Harris.

Added to that some, of Dion’s and Darren’s training shirts will also be auctioned off, alongside some kit from Jamie Cureton.

Sorting out all that kit for the stall ....
Of course there are plenty of other items up for grabs including around twenty signed shirts.

The full auction catalogue should be available on this site towards the end of the week.

The auction gets underway at 4pm in the Norfolk Lounge but before that begins the place to be will be the FONCY stand (also in the Norfolk Lounge) where you will be able to grab yourself a bargain as we sell off a mountain of training kit kindly donated by Canary kit man Terry Postle.

Last year the FONCY stand looked more like the January sales so we advise you to get there early to avoid disappointment.
