Under-11's Enjoy A Busy Weekend

The weekend of 14th/15th January saw an Under-11 squad travel to the Thedinghausen indoor tournament near Bremen in Germany.

This tournament contained quality teams from across Germany and beyond. The organisers certainly created an excellent atmosphere which help make for a weekend to remember for the Canaries' young squad.

Coaches Doug Evans and Terry Smith were joined by Academy Manager Ricky Martin and former Education Officer Ken Adey in Germany to help look after the boys.

Although City only finished 13th in the tournament they enjoyed some good games and scored plenty of goals. The win against Werder Bremen in the final game made for a successful finish to a great weekend. Bayer Leverkusen went on to win the tournament.
