Under-15 Match Report - Lyngby (H) 09.04.04

Honours Even Against Scandinavian Visitors

City's Academy welcomed two teams from Denmark to Colney on Good Friday. Sammy Morgan and his staff were delighted to welcome Lyngby who have of course visited Colney in recent years.

Honours were spread even on the day with Lyngby's Under-14 side running out winners by 2-1, while it was the same scoreline in the Under-15 game with the Canaries this time coming out on top.

The Under-15's game saw two late goals from Seb Muddel and Irish trialist Brendan Lowe to give the side coached by Gary Butcher and Ricky Martin the win.

On Wednesday they had lost 3-0 to an Under-16 side from Hvidovre, although the game was much closer than the scoreline would suggest.
