City Man of the Match - Chris Martin

After suffering two consecutive home defeats at the hands of Aston Villa and Arsenal, City Under-18s stopped the rot when they came away with a point from today's FA Premier Academy Under-18 League game against Fulham at Motspur Park. Chances throughout the game were very limited and the blustery conditions did little to contribute to the game. City's only real opening of note fell to substitute Adam Smith, who saw his left-foot rising shot well saved by the Fulham 'keeper. Although happy to take the point, Academy technical director David Williams felt his side could have won if they had been more aggressive.
