The goals for the home side came from Ryan Beswick, Ashley Chambers and Eric Odhiambo.

The win at Leicester's Belvior Drive training ground secures the league title for The Foxes who now play Arsenal in the play off semi-final.

David Williams again named a young side with the majority of his senior players involved in the local derby against Ipswich at Carrow Road on Sunday.

Williams gave a first start to midfielder schoolboy Korey Smith who is all set to join The Academy in July as a first year scholar.

  • There was better news for the Under-16's who continue their recent good run of form with a two goal victory over Leicester City. Both Canary goals came from Manny Richardson to add to the goal he scored against Birmingham City last week.
