The Canaries were quickly into their stride with a goal after just 90 seconds. Damian Batt saw his long throw headed across the Foxes goalmouth where Robert Eagle was on hand to volley the ball into the far corner.
On 13 minutes City extended their lead after some good build up play down the right flank involving defenders David Tyrie and David Chick. It was then Josh Clarke who crossed to the far post where Lee Blackburn was on hand to volley the ball home, the goal being his fifth for the Academy and the Reserves this season.
