Easter is always a busy time for the Academy and this year there is a lot of International action with City players involved. Here an overview as we head towards the Easter weekend.

Stephens Strikes For Wales Norwich Academy's David Stephens and Josh Dawkin are currently away with the Welsh Under-17 Squad for the UEFA Elite Qualifying Group being played in Northern Ireland. In Monday's first match against Slovenia in Lurgan, Stephens scored a 68th minute equaliser with a spectacular 25-yard volley as the match ended 1-1. Josh Dawkin came on as a substitute. Wales go on to face Scotland on Wednesday and Northern Ireland on Saturday with the group winner going through to the Finals in Turkey in May. FA of Wales Website

Steer with England in France Jed Steer flew out to France with the England Under-16 squad on Monday to take part in the Montaigu tournament. England's group games in the tournament are against Japan on Wednesday 19th, Germany on Thursday 20th and USA on Easter Saturday. Tournament Website Rudd in Israel Declan Rudd joins up with England Under-17's over Easter for their UEFA Qualifying Group in Israel where they face France and Russia in addition to the hosts. The games take place from 25th - 30th March with the group winner traveling to the Finals in Turkey in May. TheFA.com Website

Spillane in Ireland Finally, Michael Spillane will also be away next week as he joins up with the Ireland Under-19 Squad for two friendlies against France in Waterford and then in Cork. FA of Ireland Website
