The Raffle With Prizes That Money Cannot Buy The annual FONCY Spring Raffle reached its conclusion at the final home game of the season with the draw being made in the Lotteries Office after the game. It had been hoped to do the draw at half time but with so many on pitch activites during the break it was decide to make the draw after the game. The total raised was just over £8,200 and everyone at FONCY and The Academy would like to thank everyone who took part. This years event differed from those in the past in as much as we had to go it alone. Although we had the clubs blessing they were not in a position to support the event financially as they had done in previous years hench that is why the tickets were handed out on Easter Monday rather than being mailed out to season ticket holders and members. |

The work that went into organising some 20,000 raffle books and 20,000 letters and 20,000 envelopes was huge and quite simply it would not have happened had it not been for the tremendous work done by Ricky Martin and his academy staff and many of the parents who rolled their sleeves up to lend a hand, a big thank you to all of them. No one knew how this year’s event would go, but we are talking about Norwich City fans so of course there was no need to be concerned with this year’s total just pipping last year’s. Once again many, many thanks to all of you who took part. Listed below is a full list of the winners: |
