20.12.07 - CHRISTMAS GREETINGS Everyone at FONCY would like to take this opportunity to wish all our supporters and visitors to our website a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. The Academy is about to start its Christmas break and news from Colney will be limited over the festive period. We will be back early in January with a report from the first Academy Under-18 game of the New Year which is on January 5th away to Charlton Athletic. Thank you all very much for your support over the past twelve months, we look forward to another good year in 2008. |
| 16.12.07 - NORWICH TAME THE LIONS Norwich Under-18's won their first game in some time as they comfortably beat bottom of the table Millwall 3-0 at Colney on Saturday. 15.12.07 - HUCKS COFFEE MUG FONCY have produced a new Coffee Mug to raise funds for the Academy with Darren Huckerby the subject. Individually numbered mugs hav been produced referencing each of Hucks' goals for Norwich. FONCY Chairman John Landamore goes on to explain. "This will be the eleventh limited addition coffee mug that FONCY has produced .......... More" |

13.12.07 - CITY HIT FOR SIX Norwich City went down 6-1 at Sunderland in the FA Youth Cup at Sunderland on Tuesday. Irish Youth International Danny Kelly equalised for City in the first-half after Sunderland had taken the lead but subsequently it was the home side who made the most of their chances. 02.12.07 - NORWICH PEGGED BACK BY GUNNERS Norwich Under-18's came within five minutes of a sensational win at league leaders Arsenal on Saturday morning before having to settle for 2-2 draw. The match saw City twice take the lead through Danny Kelly and Nick Davey, while keeper Luke Emson, who comes from Cambridgeshire, made an eventful debut. | 01.12.07 - BUSY NIGHT FOR JED Academy Under-16 goalkeeper Jed Steer had a busy night for England Under-16's on Thursday as the beat Scotland 2-1 in Falkirk to secure the Sky Sports Victory Shield. A foul by Jed led to Scotland's goal from the penalty spot although the City keeper kept England in the game with several saves. On 90 minutes Jed then conceeded another penalty which he proceeded to save to secure the trophy and finish a memorable night on a more than positive note. |
