| 29.04.08 - THANKS TERRY After yet another successful Open Day we would like to express our thanks to Norwich City kit man Terry Postle. Quite simply without Terry’s help and co-operation we would be in no position to enjoy the success we do at what has now become one of our main fund raising activity during the season. Terry has supplied us with players shirts for the auction for eight or nine years now and for the last five or six years he has supplied us with old training kit that has now become so sought after on the day. If we would care to sit down and add up how much money the Open Day and auction proceeds have been since we first started we feel sure that it would run into the tens of thousands; we really do have a lot to thank Terry for. Have a good summer Terry and John has promised he will not pester you until next spring .... well maybe. |
